Cargo Flash InfoTech To Launch Octogo

The Plug & Progress product lines of Octogo aim to define higher standards for the entire industry to make transactions transparent and customer-friendly.

Jasraj S. Chug, co-founder  and director of Cargo Flash InfoTech, at the IATA World Cargo Symposium (WCS) 2022 announced a new product line: “Octogo."

Chug, along with his team, recently hosted a workshop on "DIGIGASM  The emerging world of Air Cargo" at the ExCel Centre London during the WCS London 2022. During the workshop, he spoke about the new product range and how it can benefit the industry. The "Plug & Progress" product lines of Octogo will define higher standards for the entire industry to make transactions transparent and customer-friendly.

“Octogo brings in a well-thought and carefully designed product line for the entire air cargo ecosystem. Our new and upcoming product lines are made to forecast rates, capacity, industry needs and demands triggering the development of data-driven decisions,” said Chug, “We endeavor to tap transactions, supporting the growth of a digital environment that can unfold new opportunities for our customers. It will soon be ready to provide direct access to millions of global air cargo and logistics stakeholders, all on a multi-faceted, cloud-based platform.”

In addition, within a quarter of the year, comprising July, August and September 2022, Cargo Flash partnered with three new clients for providing IT support to their respective cargo management. The company joined hands with Kenya-based Jambojet Cargo, which is a subsidiary of Kenya Airways followed by the Oman-based LCC SalamAir, and the flagship carrier of Jordan, named Royal Jordanian.

Both Jambojet and SalamAir to go live with Cargo Flash’s new "Octogen" modular-based cargo management system (CMS), an advanced assemblage of its existing "nGen" software, further developed under the "Octogo" portfolio. Apart from the CMS, SalamAir is also implementing the Cargo Revenue Accounting (CRA) System designed by this IT company.

Consecutively, Royal Jordanian takes the technology support of Cargo Flash’s next-generation nGen product line of cloud-based software. The airline to implement nGen Cargo Reservation (RES) System, nGen Cargo Revenue Accounting (CRA) System, nGen Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the integrated nGen mobile apps, commonly known as nGen Connect.

In the remaining slice of FY 2022, Cargo Flash is hopeful to acquire more global brand names in its list of clientele and reach out to more markets with its new product line.
