OPW Fueling Components and OPW Fluid Transfer Group Combine Leadership Structures
OPW Fueling Components, the global leader in commercial and retail fueling equipment, and sister company OPW Fluid Transfer Group, the global leader in fluid transfer equipment announced today that it has combined the leadership structures of OPW Fueling Components and OPW Fluid Transfer Group to form one of the world's largest groups focused on the distribution and transportation of critical fluids and fuels. The combined group includes world-renowned brands such as OPW, Civacon, Midland, and Petro Vend.
"As a combined group, OPW will be uniquely positioned in the industry to provide fully integrated fluid handling solutions throughout the downstream energy value chain starting from refineries, chemical processing plants, terminals, transportation, to retail and commercial fueling stations. Together, the group will have nearly 1200 employees worldwide with manufacturing operations in North America, Europe, Brazil, China and India," noted Soma Somasundaram, Executive Vice-President, Dover Energy.
David Crouse has been named President of the group. OPW Fluid Transfer Group President, Tim Warning, has been named President of a company within the Dover Engineered Systems segment.
"I am pleased to appoint David Crouse as the President of the combined OPW group. David has been with Dover for 14 years. Since becoming President of OPW in 2008, David has developed and executed comprehensive global growth strategies achieving record results. David's achievements, global experience, petroleum equipment industry knowledge, and his familiarity with both OPW FC and OPW FTG uniquely qualify him to be the President of the combined OPW group," stated Soma Somasundaram.
"A combined OPW group enables us to deliver greater value to our customers worldwide," noted David Crouse. "We will capitalize on our collective strengths to enhance product innovation and development and to leverage our global manufacturing and service teams to better serve our customers. The scale of the group will enable us to take on larger growth initiatives."

Three internal promotions have also been announced as part of this move. Susan Hathaway was named CFO for the OPW group. Ann Miller was named Vice-President, Human Resources for the OPW group. Steve Van Pee was named Vice-President & General Manager of the group's Chemical & Industrial business unit.
Company officials stated that current distribution authorizations remain unchanged.
