Flite Line Equipment Corp. is celebrating a milestone in 2021 as the ground support equipment (GSE) company has been in business for 50 years.
The company highlighted its golden anniversary while exhibiting at the 2021 International GSE Expo, alongside its parent company Goldhofer.
Flite Line was founded in Miami, Fla., by Bob and Bea Osborn in 1971. The company initially served the Caribbean region and later expanded its GSE and cargo equipment offerings to the North and South American markets. Later, Flite Line partnered with European vendors to expand its portfolio, including offering Goldhofer's line of equipment to its customers beginning in 2008. Goldhofer acquired Flight Line in 2017.
At the 2021 International GSE Expo, Bob Osborn celebrated the company's milestone with family members John Biagi, CEO at Flite Line, and Michael Biagi, airport technology sales at Flite Line.
