Krystle Wittig, Customer Success Manager, EBIS, A Tronair Solution, works with airlines, ground handlers, FBOs and OEMs. Her approach to working with customers starts with remembering: “We’re all human. We all are inspired by something.”
Wittig, who is in the process of becoming a Level 1 Certified Customer Success Manager, gets to know her customers and their organizations.
“Most important is to listen and understand the business,” she said. “As I’m listening, I like to help find a way for process improvement, efficiency or ways to help enhance the company’s current goals.”
Sharing with her customers a similar passion for the aviation industry, and specifically ground support equipment (GSE), she said, “I get to share with my customers how a solution and tool such as EBIS can help their organization manage their GSE Fleet Maintenance Program. But more importantly, I get a unique view into the industry and have the honor to share industry best practices and insight to help each of my customers.”
What she is most proud of in her 17-year aviation career so far is the relationships, friendships, mentors and even naysayers. “If it weren’t for each person, I couldn’t and wouldn’t be the resilient woman I am today in a very tough, but rewarding part of this industry,” she said. “I’m proud of the work I’ve done and the knowledge I’ve gained and shared. … Aviation was never ‘the plan’ for me at a young age, but now I can’t imagine a career without it.”
Wittig holds a Customer Impact certificate from Winning by Design and has been a member of NBAA’s Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPro).
