Boise, Idaho. AERO Specialties will showcase the latest version of its JetGo series 28V diesel-electric hybrid aircraft ground power unit (GPU) at the Dubai Air Show, November 13-17. JetGo GPUs are currently in service at military installations in the region; the Dubai Air Show will be the initial introduction of JetGo units to MENA region civilian operators.

The JetGo hybrid direct current GPUs are specifically designed to meet the increasing demand in the aviation industry for a quieter and more efficient ground power unit. In addition to its advanced technology and automation, the JetGo ground power unit differentiates itself with its light weight and compact size. These GPUs have proven to be a sophisticated and user-friendly ground power solution for aircraft avionics and maintenance support, electrical, air and environmental systems, as well as aircraft engine-starting needs.

“This unit’s impressive continuous and peak power, aircraft system protection features and ease of use has put these units in high demand,” stated Matt Sheehan, President of AERO Specialties. “I am certain the case will be the same in the MENA region, especially when it comes to the continuous demand many business jets have to run electrically powered conditioned air while on the ground.”

The unit will be on display at the TDH Visions booth E520,
