Aviramp Officially Receives the Queen’s Award for International Trade
The 15th of September will be forever etched in the memories of Aviramp, its team, customers and friends.
Hencote Restaurant and Vineyard provided a breathtaking setting for Aviramp’s CEO Graham Corfield and his wife, financial controller Lisa Corfield, to officially receive from Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire, their Queens Award crystal.
A three-course meal was enjoyed by guests, which included dignitaries like the mayor of Telford, the Aviramp team, customers, influencers, family and friends. A great chance to come together collectively and celebrate this huge honor, it was a joyous occasion.
The afternoon was peppered with inspirational and entertaining speeches by Graham Corfield, as he recounted the highs and lows of the Aviramp journey. A great rags to riches narrative with all the struggles of the past laid bare, for the glory to be finally savore. Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant Anna Turner, also said a few motivational words, saluting the entrepreneurialism demonstrated by Aviramp, and congratulating the team for being such a worthy recipient of this prestigious sought after award.
One thing is for certain, such positive outcomes can only serve to inspire all entrepreneurial spirits to ‘never give up’ and ‘follow your dreams’
With Graham Corfield and the team driving the business forward; innovation, investment and product development remain at the heart of the business. This is only reinforced by the launch of Aviramp’s solar powered passenger boarding ramps, popularly branded the e-series, along with a few more exciting new products just about to hit the market.
This manufacturing company knows how to make waves in the right way, delivering solutions to operational issues in aviation and across the board. It remains ahead of the curve; watching, listening, learning, and letting the products do the talking.
So for this week at least, the business is celebrating this amazing honor, and basking in its success.
