Goldhofer Expanding on the American Continent

With the foundation of Goldhofer Inc. in the US and the acquisition of a majority share in its long-standing sales and service partner Flite Line Equipment, Goldhofer AG has taken yet another step in the pursuit of its growth strategy in this important market.

The recently signed contract makes it all official. The newly founded company Goldhofer Inc. now holds a majority share in its long-standing sales and service partner Flite Line Equipment. This partnership strengthens the Goldhofer presence in the US and the rest of the Americas.

As a result, Goldhofer now has a strong basis for further expansion in the world’s largest market for Ground Support Equipment and for even closer and more professional support for its customers. The focus is now on expansion of the service offering and the necessary structures as well as the further development of a competitive and market-oriented product portfolio.
