FAST builds OSHA- and CE-recommended safety features into its stairs to minimize risk and liability. In addition, the company forms the main frames for its staircases with tubular steel for optimal stability and capacities of 1,000 pounds (454 kilograms) or more, as required. Grip Strut™ steps and platforms provide maximum slip protection for additional safety. The stairs also are equipped with towbar-actuated brakes, which effortlessly and safely secure each unit after it has been maneuvered into place by hand.
