LEKTRO 87 tow tractors are designed to tow aircraft with a MTOW up to 85,000 lbs., making them ideal for pushbacks and towing of turboprop aircraft and most wide-body business jets. Aircraft nose wheels are secured with a torque sensing turntable cradle and soft nylon strap, which eliminates tow-bars and is far less complex and easier to maintain than hard capture systems common on most towbarless tractors. All-electric power and a tight turning radius makes the LEKTRO 87 a preferred tow tractor for aircraft hangar positioning and pushback operations.
