China Aerospace Propulsion Technology Summit 2017

China will establish and perfect independent development system of aero engines and the optimization of development project in the national policy. It is predicted that in the next five years, a total of RMB 100 billion will be invested to establish and optimize related systems such as basic technology supporting system, development and production system, assessment and verification system, scientific research guarantee system and product supporting system, etc. The establishment of Aeronautical Engine (Group) Corporation of China will open a new chapter in the development of aero engine industry in the country through enhancing the industry to a significant level with improved quality, updated category, powerful function and cost-effective strategy. In the meantime, new requirements and challenges will also be put forward and addressed. In order to improve the domestic aero engine technical reserves and subcontract production, parts R&D capacity and ensure the advancement, economy and airworthiness of aero engine, 2017 China Aerospace Propulsion Technology Summit (hereinafter CAPTS 2017) will be held on May 24th and 25th, 2017 in Shenyang city.
