New non-stop flights to Bonaire, part of the Dutch Caribbean islands, and St Kitts, part of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, are to be introduced next year by Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), marking its continued expansion in the Caribbean basin.
The airline's schedule from Atlanta to St Kitts commences 16 February 2008, with flight 373 departing Atlanta at 11:15, arriving St Kitts 16:05, and flight 372 departing St Kitts at 16:55, arriving Atlanta at 20:05 local time.
Delta Air Lines said the new flight to Bonaire complements its non-stop service from Atlanta to the Dutch Caribbean islands of Aruba and Curacao, for which the airline is due to introduce service from 22 December 2007.
The airline is offering one-way fares of USD179 from Atlanta to Bonaire and USD299 from Atlanta to St Kitts, both based on a round-trip purchase, for purchase by 26 September 2007, for travel started on or before 26 April and completed by 3 May 2008.
Fares are available only through the airline's website or from a travel agent and additional taxes, fees and restrictions may apply. Service between Atlanta and Bonaire, St Kitts and Curacao is subject to foreign government approval.
