BAE Set to Agree Sale of Airbus Stake to EADS

According to Reuters, BAE said in April that it was planning to sell its 20% stake in Airbus to EADS.

It has been suggested that Britain's BAE Systems plans to agree this week to sell its stake in Airbus to EADS for £1.9bn.

According to British newspaper The Observer, which cited unnamed City sources, BAE was set to hold a board meeting "in the next few days" for making a final decision.
