Embraer to form joint venture with Zodiac Aerospace

Embraer S.A. (formerly Embraer-Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A.) and Zodiac Aerospace SA have reached an agreement to set up a joint venture (JV) to manufacture cabin interior parts for the EMBRAER 170/190 family of jets. Both the entities are based in Brazil.

Embraer S.A. (formerly Embraer-Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A.) and Zodiac Aerospace SA have reached an agreement to set up a joint venture (JV) to manufacture cabin interior parts for the EMBRAER 170/190 family of jets. Both the entities are based in Brazil.

Embraer is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing, selling and providing after sales support to aircraft for the commercial aviation, executive aviation, defense and government segments, while Zodiac is engaged in the design, production, and marketing of aeronautical equipment. The JV manufacturing facility will be located in Mexico.
