MILWAUKEE, Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Tracer Repair & Overhaul, a provider of commercial aviation aftermarket parts and military aviation wheel and brake repair and management services, announced the sale of its remaining shares in Messier-Bugatti-Tracer (MBT) to Messier Bugatti, a division of SAFRAN, a world leader in the aerospace industry.
Messier-Bugatti-Tracer (MBT), a joint venture of Tracer R&O and Messier Bugatti, was formed in 2003 and has become a market leader, providing comprehensive wheel and brake services to the North American commercial aviation industry. MBT is also the sole provider of wheel and brake repair and overhaul services for the United States Air Force's C-17 Globemaster transport.

Frank Mocilnikar, formerly the Chief Administration Officer and Deputy to the President of Airfoil Technologies International has been appointed President of MBT. Mocilnikar, an aviation veteran, has been in the aerospace industry for 16 years and now resides in Milwaukee. MBT is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Messier Bugatti.
