August, 2009 -- Denton, Texas -- Jet Works Air Center recently announced Robert Dragon has joined them as the new Northeast Regional Sales Manager.
Robert Dragon comes to the Jet Works Air Center sales team with more than 35 years of technical aviation maintenance and sales expertise. As a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician with Inspection Authorization (IA), Dragon began his aviation career in the United States Air Force and was stationed in New Jersey as well as Okinawa, Japan where he worked as a Crew Chief on C135, C141 and C5A aircraft.
Dragon has previously held key positions in maintenance management and sales with Pro Star Aviation, Indianapolis Jet Center, Innotech-Execaire Aviation, and Executive Aircraft Corporation. Earlier in his career, Dragon spent more than 10 years with Canadair Challenger where he started in maintenance as an Inspector and advanced into Manager of Sales & Marketing.
In his new role, Dragon will cover New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine with his primary focus on increasing market share of aircraft maintenance, avionics installation and repairs, paint, interior and completion projects.

In addition to Dragon’s new position, Jet Works Air Center recently expanded the sales staff with newly assigned Regional Sales Managers, Chad Mansfield (Southwest Region) and Chris Hicks (Southeast Region), whilst Mark Hembree and Brandt Brownlee head-up the Inside Sales Support team and Telicia Owens as Sales Support Administrator.
