DENTON, TX -- Jet Works Air Center announces business aviation veteran Patrick Murphy as its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He joins the Jet Works Air Center executive team with more than 30 years of technical aviation management expertise. As a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician with Inspection Authorization (IA), Murphy has previously held key positions in Service and Sales with Bombardier, KC-Aviation, Gulfstream, and most recently with Corporate Fleet Services.
As Vice President for Corporate Fleet Services (an Aircraft Broker/Dealer), Murphy's primary responsible included the purchase and sale of new and used aircraft.
In addition to sales Murphy managed all technical services, pre-purchase evaluations, and refurbishment activities. Murphy's aviation career also included a start-up business aviation consulting firm Southwest Business Aviation Consulting Inc. As President he managed numerous pre-purchase evaluations, refurbishments, and completions on Cessna, Boeing, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon Jet product lines.
In his new role, Murphy will lead the sales and marketing team with his primary focus on increasing their market share of aircraft maintenance, avionics installation and repairs, paint, interior and completion projects throughout North America, Mexico, and parts of Canada.

In addition to Murphy, Jet Works Air Center has expanded the sales staff by adding Brandt Brownlee as Inside Sales Support and Telicia Owens as Sales Support Administrator. Newly assigned Regional Sales Managers Chad Mansfield (Southwest Region) and Chris Hicks (Southeast Region) are amongst the expanding regional sales staff, while Mark Hembree and Brandt Brownlee head up the Inside Sales Support team.
