HOUSTON, TX -- Messier Services, a member company of the SAFRAN Group, announces the signature of two exclusive agreements with South American operator, LAN Airlines.
The first agreement includes the overhaul of the landing gear for the LAN fleet of sixty-eight A320 family aircraft. Work under this agreement will be completed at the Messier Services facility in Querétaro, Mexico, and will commence immediately. The contract will remain in effect until 2017.
The second agreement includes the exchange and overhaul of the landing gears for the A340 fleet. This back-to-back program will take place during 2010 at the Messier Services facility in Mosheim, France.
