PUNE, INDIA -- Duke Aviation, an aviation company promoted by Dubai-based investment fund Duke Equity, has said it would launch an aircraft servicing facility with an estimated investment of Rs 725 crore in Maharashtra's Nagpur.
The maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility will come up at a special economic zone (SEZ) in three years.
After completion of the project, Duke Aviation would become the country's first independent MRO player, the company said adding it would target foreign as well as domestic airlines and attract business from larger MRO players such as Airbus and Boeing.
