FAIRFAX, Va. (February 21, 2013) – ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has named Simon Morris to the position of vice president for ICF SH&E, ICF’s aviation practice.
A senior executive with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Morris will focus his efforts on building upon ICF SH&E’s work in airport transaction due diligence to include comprehensive business and strategic planning for airports, their owners and investors as well as other private-sector interests. He will lead the London Airport team in projects worldwide.

As principal of A.T. Kearney’s airport practice, Mr. Morris specialized in strategic airport projects including acting as business plan adviser to airports and to investors as well as to manufacturers interested in private equity interests. Prior to that, Mr. Morris was a director for LeighFisher’s European airport practice. He is a frequent speaker at industry events such as Airports Council International conferences and Global Airport Development.
Mr. Morris has held directorships at Birmingham International Airport and Aeroporti di Roma Handling.
He holds master’s degrees from Cranfield University in Bedfordshire and from Cambridge University in Cambridge, both in the United Kingdom.
