Mark Schmidt Named Vice President, Aftermarket Business for Eaton’s Aerospace Group

IRVINE, Calif. ...Power management company Eaton has named Mark Schmidt vice president, Aftermarket Business for its Aerospace Group. Schmidt will report to Nanda Kumar, president, Eaton’s Aerospace Group.
“We believe that Mark’s strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of our Aerospace business will benefit our company and our aftermarket customers,” said Kumar.

Schmidt is a 33-year Eaton veteran, serving most recently as director, Sales and Marketing, Aftermarket, Aerospace Group. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing, including director of Sales for the Fuel and Motion Control Division and business unit manager at Aeroquip Corporation, before it was acquired by Eaton. Schmidt earned his bachelor’s degree in aircraft engineering from Western Michigan University.
