AviNet Wireless Dispatch services, designed to keep airport ground services personnel in close, mobile contact with each other, the aircraft, and other airports, is available from ARINC. The service delivers more capacity than analog systems from a single unit which combines the capabilities of a digital wireless phone with "always on" packet data access, text messaging, and two-way voice radio service.
