Sealed Statements of Qualification for the PDX Airport Travel Center long term
development lease opportunity will be received at the office of the Manager, Contracts
and Procurement, of the Port of Portland, 7200 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218
(mailing address: Post Office Box 3529, Portland, Oregon 97208) until 3:00 P.M., on
March 25, 2013.
Description of Requirement: The Port of Portland Oregon is soliciting statements of
qualification to establish a short list of candidates qualified to propose on a 20 year
ground lease/development opportunity with a 10 year optional term extension at Portland
International Airport, Portland Oregon. The primary objective is to develop a nearly 3
acre site to provide a service station providing multiple grades of fuel, convenience
store, inline or independent quick-serve restaurant, and other airport terminal support
amenities, or to establish a joint venture(s) for same.
A kick-off meeting will be held on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Port of
Portland Headquarters Building, First Floor “Anchor” Conference Room, 7200 NE Airport
Way, Portland OR 97218. While not mandatory, It is highly recommended that all
interested parties attend this meeting. A tour of the facility location will be provided
following the meeting.
Questions concerning this Solicitation: All questions relating to this solicitation should be
submitted in writing through the Port’s Q&A feature of the solicitation on the Port’s
Vendor Portal. Questions submitted by other means will not be considered.
Firms interested in receiving this solicitation document may obtain one by registering

Opportunities Vendor Portal. Registration as a potential Port supplier is required in
