D-Zolve 1220

D-Zolve 1220 is designed to remove hard to strip aircraft paints. It can be used on aluminum, low strength carbon steel, stainless steel, fiberglass and other metal and plastic substrates.

When applied to painted surfaces, D-Zolve 1220 penetrates paint layers causing the primer coat to break the bond with the solid substrate and lift together with the topcoat as a single film. Uniform application of D-Zolve 1220 results in a uniform paint lift. The surface to be stripped should be free of oil or any solid contaminants which can interfere with the process of lifting the paint.
