NDT International offers the hand-held Dualscope MPOR for measuring the thickness of paint, lacquer, synthetic, or anodized coatings on nonmagnetic materials such as aluminum, copper, brass or stainless steel using the eddy current method. It also measures zinc, chromium, copper, paint, lacquer, and synthetic coatings on steel and iron using the magnetic method. It automatically recognizes the material and selects the appropriate measurement method.
