Spirit Aeronautics Awarded NASA LARC HU-25A Research Aircraft Modernization Project
July 1, 2015, Columbus, Ohio … Spirit Aeronautics is proud to announce the award by NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) for the modernization of their Dassault model HU-25A research aircraft.
“We are once again honored to be selected by NASA to complete another modernization project on their aircraft”, stated Tony Bailey, President & COO of Spirit Aeronautics. “Because of the mission profiles flown by the HU-25A aircraft, it takes advanced technical knowledge and diligent project management to complete the upgrades which we have without exception. In fact, our expertise and technical abilities were selected as the “best value” for the Government which we are very proud of. It is a great accomplishment and a great privilege to once again serve NASA!”
