NBAA-BACE, Orlando, USA, October 18, 2022: Web Manuals, the world leader in digital documentation manuals for the aviation industry, is experiencing significant growth across the US, with the acquisition of 25 stateside customers since the beginning of 2022.
Business aviation represents more than half of the organizations opting for digitalization by joining Web Manuals’ community, strengthening the company’s position as the leading document digitization tool within the sector.
Krister Genmark, VP of sales and director of operations, Americas, Web Manuals, says: “This year, we’ve witnessed the return of international travel and with that, global aviation companies have sought to implement efficient and reliable safety regulation processes. In 2021, we acquired 21 North American customers, and to say that we have achieved another significant increase this year following the uncertainty of the pandemic is a huge achievement.
“Demand for document digitization has accelerated rapidly in the US. We now work with more than 480 customers globally, and more than a quarter of those businesses are based in the US. We’ve also acquired a number of new customers in South America this year, marking our expansion across the continent and demonstrating the critical role the region plays in leading the way in the digitization of business aviation.
“Over the next few years, the rise of developing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) infrastructure will translate into the growing need for streamlined regulation management. With a growing footprint within the industry, we are well placed to support these new technologies and regulations as they start to emerge.”
131 US aviation businesses now utilize digital manual management with Web Manuals, equating to more than 25 percent of the company’s total client base.
