Despite the global pandemic grounding much of aviation the past two years, 2021 was a year of record growth for AviationManuals, the leading provider of manual development services and Safety Management System (SMS) software.
“In an industry that has been feeling the effects of the pandemic since day one, we are very proud of our record numbers,” said Mark Baier, CEO. “We ended 2021 with just under 2100 subscribers across 70 countries. It is great to continue to see that safer, more professional operations continue to be the focus of operators seeking our services across the globe.”
AviationManuals also expanded its portfolio to almost 400 new clients in 2021, with another 80 new clients thus far in 2022. In the first two months of 2022 alone, AviationManuals saw a 45% increase in revenue over the same time period in 2021. As the company continues to grow its client base, they have also hired employees across almost every department to best manage and meet client needs.
“As world continues to be reconnected as borders open, the need for SMS software has been apparent as operators recover from a lack of recency,” continued Mr. Baier. “It has been a unique time for all businesses, and I am extremely proud of our team for doing all we can to improve aviation safety while supporting our customers and clients.”
