These air caps provide best-in-class atomization, even pattern distribution with excellent speed for basecoats, clearcoats, enamels, stains, toners, lacquers and other solvent-based or waterbourne materials and low to high solids. Constructed from anodized aluminum, Binks 39-H Trophy air cap is designed for use with wood, metal, general industrial and plastic applications. The pattern is 11”-13” long with straight sides and rounded ends. The 39-H is typically used for the pressure spraying of thin to medium viscosity materials, which require high quality atomization under HVLP pressures.
