Arlington Aerospace Launches NWP Cutting Tool Vending Machines
The supply chain consolidator, Arlington Aerospace has launched a new vending machine, which instantly dispenses cutting tools. North West Precision (NWP), an Arlington Aerospace company, has recently installed a new vending machine at AIM Engineering on Aviation Park. AIM Engineering is also an Arlington Aerospace company and designs and manufactures jigs, fixtures and transport media for aerospace OEMs.
The cutting tool vending machine has been designed to disperse a full range of Indexible inserts and bodies, Rotary H.S.S and T/Carbide drills, cutters, and more special cutting tools from NWP and partners. All their tools are tested with market-leading performance results and offer a great alternative for all machining applications.
NWP’s cutting tool vending machine joins the online Arlington Aerospace Toolroom as innovation that will strengthen the capabilities of the company as a supply chain integrator and strategic supplier to leading aerospace OEM’s.
Mark Franckel, Arlington Industries Group CEO, said: "At Arlington we’re proud to invest in the latest equipment for our customers and our own manufacturing facilities. As the first of many agreed installation contracts being placed in the following weeks, this is an opportunity to offer our customers instant issuance of high quality cutting tools at all of our UK facilities and our customers’ facilities.”
