Binks, a Carlisle Fluid Technologies’ brand, has launched the all-new Binks Trophy AA, Air-Assisted Airless manual spray gun.
“The new Binks Trophy AA represents the next generation of air-assisted airless guns,” said Product Manager Payton Cozart. “The combination of Carlisle and Binks’ decades of industry experience coupled with ergonomic design and advanced spray technology means the Trophy AA is an efficient, easy-to-use gun that delivers the highest quality finish available in the industry.”
Engineered for use in the most challenging finish applications, the Trophy AA is built to maximize spray quality, increase efficiency of product application, reduce downtime and be environmentally responsible, while providing a lightweight, ergonomically sculpted fit and feel. The low trigger-pull force further enhances control while significantly reducing operator fatigue and the chances of repetitive strain injury.
The new gun is available in two pressure configurations, the Trophy
AA 1600 (1600 psi - 110bar) and the Trophy
AA 4400 (4400 psi - 303bar). It is also available with a wide range of flat, fine-finish and twist tips to cover every type of industrial spray finishing application. A new range of AA10+ air caps and a replaceable tip seal are also available for the Binks Trophy AA.
