Congratulations to this year’s winners of the AMT 40 Under 40 Maintenance Professionals Awards. It is their respect for safety, passion for aviation and and love of maintenance that keeps this industry propelling strongly into the future.
The winners come from all segments of the industry, just like the segments we feature in each issue of Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Whether they come from general aviation, business aviation, rotorcraft, military, airline, education, executive management, or maintenance, these individuals have one thing in common – high standards for themselves and the companies they work for. Some winners grew up with family members who served in the military or were pilots themselves, some were drawn to exploring how the inner workings of components work and some just love the idea of flight.
Whatever the path, these winners landed here, with us, in aircraft maintenance. As you read the winners’ stories, we hope you are encouraged to promote the industry as well, and give back to tomorrow’s leaders either through speaking to students, hands-on training, mentoring or promoting the importance of aircraft maintenance. Please keep your outstanding peers and colleagues in mind when it comes time to nominate candidates for next year’s AMT’s 40 Under 40 Maintenance Professionals Awards. Aircraft Maintenance Technology is proud to announce this year’s 2021 AMT 40 Under 40 Maintenance Professionals Award winners:
