Kaitlin Markiewicz has been passionate about aviation since childhood. After completing 30 months of on-the-job training, she tested for and earned her A&P certification. Today, she holds the position of Director of Quality, where she is responsible for creating work packages and overseeing them to final RTS (Return to Service).
“I love the people of aviation, you get to meet a lot of characters in this industry,” Markiewicz said. “I also love the fact that there are so many different skills involved in aviation. You learn something new every day, there is never a dull moment.”Markiewicz is known for her precision and dedication to being error-free. She constantly revises forms and checklists to enhance the quality of Corporate Aircraft Maintenance’s products and streamline processes for greater efficiency. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that all work meets the highest standards of excellence.
With a clear goal in mind, Markiewicz aspires to take over Corporate Aircraft Maintenance as the Director of Maintenance (DOM) one day. Her drive and determination, coupled with her extensive knowledge and experience, make her well-suited for this future role. She is committed to continuous improvement and excellence, making her a standout leader in the field.
