Geneva, 21 May 2017 – AMAC Aerospace has successfully completed and returned to service its first BBJ Demonstrator project, which was accomplished over a 12 months’ project downtime.
The prestigious project is distinguished by a variety of bespoke furniture, a fine selection of interior material, a consistent color design scheme, the latest technical equipment as among other taxi and caution system cameras and a bespoke cabin layout. The aircraft is configured to accommodate up to 13x PAX in a private, working environment but at the same time showing off the expansive cabin space devised by the designer to offer high levels of comfort for long flights.
Together with the principle, the interior designer ‘Unique Aircraft’, the whole Boeing team, who played an integral role in envisaging its design and completion, AMAC Aerospace showed its experience, its prowess to deliver on time and on budget and to exemplify the Swiss craftsmanship in every detail and expertise throughout this BBJ Demonstrator completion project. “We were delighted to be the completion center selected to complete the new Boeing Business Jet demonstrator. We appreciate that Boeing gave us this prestigious opportunity to showcase our capabilities and our high-quality workmanship and we look forward to continue providing the highest level of service that Boeing’s and our valued customers are accustomed to”, said Mr. Bernd Schramm, Group Chief Operating Officer, AMAC Aerospace.
