“This event is about our industry’s future,” she added. “It’s the perfect chance to attract incredible talent and get them engaged with business aviation and the many opportunities that await them.”

The program opens with a welcome from NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen and other industry leaders. Next is a panel discussion where young professionals and seasoned management-level speakers share their strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in business aviation.

After the panel discussion, students will participate in an exciting networking event where they’ll be encouraged to select from one of nine career categories and speak with young professionals currently working in those roles. There will also be an opportunity to explore the NBAA-BACE exhibit floor and engage with those in their prospective career field. The job categories include airport business, flight attendant, pilot, scheduler, maintenance and marketing.

The tour concludes at the NBAA-BACE Career Fair where students can connect with recruiters, get headshots taken and more.
