Marketplace Development and Boston Logan International Airport Announce 2018 Concessions Customer Service Excellence Award Winners
MarketPlace Development, developer and manager of the Boston Logan Concessions Program (BOS Shop Dine), recently recognized its 2018 Concessions Excellence Award Winners during the inaugural awards dinner held at the Hilton Boston Logan in Boston, Massachusetts. Award recipients included 2018 Merchant of the Year Award Winner, Vineyard Grille.

Awards were presented to Boston Logan retailers, quick-service food operators and restaurateurs who demonstrated exceptional performance in both operations and customer service. All Boston Logan merchants were eligible for consideration on the basis of participation in MarketPlace Development’s customer service mystery shopper program, leadership skills observed during development training seminars, and overall operational performance.
These annual awards are part of an ongoing merchant customer service and training program designed to improve the passenger experience at Boston Logan International Airport.

- Best Quick Serve | Johnny Rockets, Terminal C (HMS Host)
- Best Specialty Retail | IS Duty Free, Terminal A (International Shoppes)
- Best Restaurant | Stephanie’s, Terminal E (Tastes on The Fly)
