Iconic Local Arrivals and National Favorites Continue to Land at Boston Logan International Airport
MarketPlace Logan announced the latest restaurants and specialty retailers that have landed at Boston Logan International Airport.
Boston Logan passengers continue to see the dramatic culinary transformation with local flavor throughout the airport. In recent weeks, the Boston Logan Concession Program welcomed the iconic Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse offering travelers in Terminal C prime Brandt Beef steaks, fresh seafood and pasta from restaurateur Steve DiFillippo. The upscale casual-dining hot spot by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jody Adams, Trade, is now open in Terminal B. Monica’s Mercato, from the heart of Boston’s North End, has expanded its footprint opening a Boston Logan outpost in Terminal E. The latest to join the robust food line-up in Terminal B is Boston’s vibrant and upscale Mexican establishment, Temazcal Tequila Cantina.
“With two years under our belt as the manager and developer of the Boston Logan Concessions Program here at Boston Logan, we feel extremely proud of the progress and program enhancements we have been able to achieve alongside Massport. To date, we have brought in over fifty local and national favorites to the traveling public throughout all terminals. We are thrilled to welcome this latest group of iconic concepts to travelers near and far and there’s much more to come,” said Paul McGinn, president of MarketPlace Development.
This news comes on the heels of the complete transformation of the food court in Terminal B, which recently opened alongside the relocation of Southwest Airlines. The new dining destination offers various types of contemporary seating and more accessible charging stations and power outlets throughout the space. Travelers can enjoy local favorites such as the wholesome and healthy B.GOOD, Michael Schlow’s Tico, Maine favorite OTTO pizza and Sullivan's Castle Island seaside eatery straight from South Boston.
