Cheers to International Women's Month! An exclusive menu curated by all female chefs and a winemaker debuts this month at more than two dozen airport restaurants across the country.
The new tasting menu launched with global restaurateur HMSHost celebrates women in the culinary arts and winemaking industries. The menu is crafted by previous Channel Your Inner Chef winners Nikkia Stone, Zoe Kelly, and Anna Cooper. Each chef brought her unique culinary flair to develop distinctive bites for the tasting menu under the categories of Salty, Savory, and Sweet.
“I’m honored to work alongside these women to showcase a culinary sensory experience for travelers. Channel Your Inner Chef propelled my culinary career and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to work alongside these talented chefs to pair our dishes with Chandon,” said chef Zoe Kelly, who will lead a demo and tasting event of this dish at Tampa International Airport later this month.
The tasting menu includes:
· Salty, from Nikkia Stone of Chicago, features a Smoked Salmon wrapped around a grissini with sun dried tomato and topped with a dill crema
· Savory, from Zoe Kelly of Miami, is a Crab Avocado Toast tossed with mango remoulade and topped with thinly sliced chili pepper
· Sweet, from Anna Cooper of Houston, spotlights a Fresh Red Fruit Salad with strawberries, raspberries, cherries, grapes and pomegranate seeds, topped with shredded coconut and a Chandon Rosé glaze
The menu debut is in partnership with Moet Hennessy’s Chandon Sparkling Wine, crafted by female winemaker Pauline Lohte. The menu is paired with a glass of Chandon Rosé, described as charismatic, lively and bursting with strawberry, raspberry, and red currant aromas.

The menu debut is part of HMSHost further spotlighting and creating unique opportunities for up-and-coming culinary talent. Nikkia, Zoe, and Anna are past years’ Channel Your Inner Chef winners. Channel Your Inner Chef is a first-of-its-kind live cooking competition held inside one of the world’s busiest airports, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. The cook-off has become a platform for aspiring chefs to showcase their culinary talents.
