Shaw Harbor has announced the acquisition of Pavement Stencil Co, LLC, a supplier of cutting-edge pavement stencils and marking tools. This strategic move solidifies Shaw Harbor’s commitment to delivering state-of-the-art products and technological leadership in the pavement marking industry.

Known for their precision and durability, Pavement Stencil’s products have earned customers’ trust throughout the United States and Canada by delivering high-quality pavement markings.
The acquisition of Pavement Stencil complements Shaw Harbor’s other pavement marking industry holdings. This new addition to its portfolio raises the standard for pavement markings and provides customers with unique productivity and money-saving solutions.

Pavement Stencil will continue to be based in Roanoke, Virginia, where it will be led by its current general manager, Megan Palmer. Calvin and Beth Bell, the previous owners of Pavement Stencil, will retire at the end of the year. “I have known John and his team for many years. I am confident in Shaw Harbor’s ability to continue our great tradition of providing the best stencils and service in the market,” says Beth Bell.
StencilFast, Pavement Stencil's sister company, will continue to operate as usual, under the Shaw Harbor umbrella.
