FlightSafety Has Delivered an Airbus A350 XWB Full Flight Simulator to the Airbus Training Center in Miami, FL
NEW YORK (April 20, 2016) – FlightSafety International announces that it has delivered an Airbus A350 XWB full flight simulator to the Airbus Training Center in Miami, Florida. This is the second simulator FlightSafety has delivered to the Training Center.
The Airbus A350 XWB simulator has been qualified to Level D by the United States Federal Aviation Administration, the European Aviation Safety Agency, and the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil.

The new FlightSafety FS1000 simulator is equipped with 60-inch electric motion and electric control loading, a new multi-function Instructor Operating Station, and FlightSafety’s VITAL 1100 Visual System. The Instructor Operating Station is designed to enhance the effectiveness of training by providing an intuitive interface, scalable graphics, and large multi touch displays. The VITAL 1100 visual system features 40 x 200 degree Field of View and continuous high-resolution global satellite imagery capable of presenting environmental conditions experienced during all phases of flight, from taxi and takeoff to landing.
FlightSafety has delivered more than 1,000 visual systems and 800 flight simulators and other advanced training devices to date. This includes more than 130 simulators for commercial aircraft.
