Join CCAM on Oct. 25 for Additive Manufacturing Research Day
The Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM) is hosting an Additive Manufacturing Research Day at their facility in Prince George County, Virginia. The focus will be on metal printing. Invited speakers include industry, academic, and government experts: Dr. Chris Williams, Virginia Tech; Dr. Ola Harrysson, NC State; Captain Jason Bridges, US Navy; Dr. Brandon Lane, NIST; Mr. Andrew Snow, Sr. VP, EOS; and other industry representatives. A panel discussion will be held in the afternoon to discuss current opportunities and challenges. This will be followed by a tour of CCAM's facility and a poster session. Lunch will be provided. The Day will close with a networking reception. This event is free, but capacity is limited. Please register by October 13, 2017.
