HeliRussia 2019 Kicks off in Moscow

HeliRussia 2019 showcases a full range of products and services of helicopter industry and hosts 234 participating companies from 19 countries.

From May 16 to 18, the XII International Helicopter Industry Exhibition HeliRussia 2019 is taking place in Moscow. The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia on the initiative and with the support of the Helicopter Industry Association. HeliRussia has become the largest industry exhibition in Europe and North Asia and one of the most authoritative events in helicopter industry.

HeliRussia 2019 showcases the full range of products and services of helicopter industry. The expo gathered a representative exposition: it hosts 234 participating companies from 19 countries: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and United States. HeliRussia annually develops international cooperation, gives a comprehensive outlook on the Russian helicopter market and strengthens Russia’s image as one of the world leaders in helicopter manufacturing.

HeliRussia 2019 to feature various Russian and foreign helicopters on display. Among the most interesting models is the new firefighting Ansat, developed and manufactured by Kazan Helicopters (part of Russian Helicopters) with Simplex equipment. The new Bell bestseller is also featured on HeliRussia 2019 – Bell 505 Jet Ranger X is showcased in VIP configuration. Airbus Helicopters demonstrates the H135 with the Helionix avionics suite.

A new promising small aviation development will be demonstrated – an ultra-light coaxial R-34 helicopter, created by the OKB Rotor according to the technical specifications by Aeroelectromash. Russian Helicopters to introduce new project for upgrading Ka-32 type helicopters. As always, there will be a wide exhibit of aviation and auxiliary equipment. New “Helipad in details” exposition will focus on helipad outfit – a designated stands will be built up to represent a helipad with products from various companies used in helicopter infrastructure. Several French companies, producing aviation components, will be once again presented at the joint national stand of France. As always, HeliRussia will demonstrate the latest developments for air ambulance. SCHILLER (Switzerland) will present the latest development – an unbelievably small and light mechanical chest compression device EASY PULSE, suitable for medevac helicopters. In addition, HeliRussia will host various developments in unmanned aviation.

Business program of the expo is one of the key aspects of HeliRussia. It plays an important role for the entire Russian helicopter industry, helping to solve topical issues, developing communication and cooperation, building a full-fledged dialogue.

The expo will be open from 10:00AM to 06:00PM on May 16 and 17, and from 10:00AM to 04:00PM on Saturday, May 18th. Ticket cost for visitors is 500 rubles per one day.
