HABCO Industries Brings on John Lemire and Mike Jalbert to Further New Business Relationships
Glastonbury, Connecticut – HABCO Industries announces the hiring of John Lemire as Director of Sales Licenses, a new position for the company. Lemire’s activities will be focused on advancing the position of HABCO with the new relationships that the company has signed with Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell. Lemire previously worked in several different management roles with Pratt & Whitney, most recently as Manager Tool Support Services.
“With our license agreement to provide tooling legacy engine programs for Pratt & Whitney, it is important to have an experienced professional in place to support customers. John’s extensive knowledge and long-term customer relationships are well suited to help HABCO accelerate all business requirements that are expected of us as a licensed supplier. It helps make the transition to HABCO seamless,” stated Jeff Kretzmer, Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
With the company continuing to aggressively sign new license agreements, Lemire will be instrumental in demonstrating that the HABCO Innogration™ model is well suited to meet the needs of major aerospace and defense companies that are actively seeking future license partners.
Additionally, Mike Jalbert has been hired into the role of Technical Sales Manager – Licensing. The addition of Jalbert is aimed at strengthening and leveraging HABCO’s new license business relationships signed in 2015, including providing engine tooling for all Pratt & Whitney legacy engine programs.
“Mike has tremendous experience in engine tooling sales, having worked with Pratt & Whitney for over 35 years. His insights and knowledge are invaluable to us as we launch the HABCO Tooling business. He has intimate understanding of customer requirements in tooling solutions that’s required to deliver for the customer,” stated Jeff Kretzmer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Most recently, Jalbert globally managed the International Aerospace Engine – V2500 and the Engine Alliance – GP 7000 tool accounts for Pratt & Whitney. Throughout his career, Mike has had significant roles in supply chain management as well manufacturing engineering and technology.
