Weston Aviation Expands its FBO Facility at Humberside Airport

Weston Aviation, the UK and Ireland based FBO and Business Aviation services specialist, has completed works on its current Business Aviation Centre at Humberside Airport (HUY/EGNJ) in the UK. The new facility will offer double the existing space previously available, creating two separate crew and passenger lounges, crew work stations, kitchen areas and quiet zones.
In addition to the new development, Weston Aviation has agreed a new long term agreement for FBO and private aircraft handling services with Humberside Airport.

Opened in 2011, Weston Aviation became the first FBO facility at Humberside Airport and also owns and operates Business Aviation Centres at Durham Tees Valley, Doncaster Sheffield, Cornwall Airport Newquay Airports and also Cork Airport in Ireland.
Humberside Airport serves business and leisure travel needs for the Humber region, as well as East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. In addition to supporting Weston Aviation's General Aviation operation, it offers daily scheduled flights with KLM to worldwide destinations via the airlines main hub in Amsterdam, as well as a domestic route to Aberdeen operated by Eastern Airways. The airport also offers regular charter flights to mainly Mediterranean destinations with mainstream operators such as Thomson Holidays. It is also home to the regions Search & Rescue facility operated by Bristow Helicopters and supports the Off-Shore Oil & Gas and renewable energy industries with daily helicopter flights.
