Atlantic Aviation Names Paula Sacks Chief Human Resources Officer
Atlantic Aviation, one of the leading networks of fixed-based operators (FBO) in North America, announced the recent appointment of Paula Sacks as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this newly created role at Atlantic Aviation, she is responsible for talent recruitment and retention, diversity, and inclusion efforts in strong partnership with the leaders of the business to drive results.
Sacks brings over 25 years of human resources management experience to Atlantic Aviation. Previously she worked at Engie North America, a leading clean energy company, where she held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for three and a half years and received an Engie HR Innovation award for Talent. Sacks also led communications, marketing, and corporate social responsibility for North America. She previously served in North America and global human resources leadership roles at Fiserv, Alstom/GE Power, The Hartford, and Georgia Power/Southern Company.

Sacks has previously worked with three U.S. Fortune 500 public companies and two French Top 40 companies in global and multinational roles spanning the energy, power, utilities, and financial services industries. She was recognized as one of the Top 100 Influential Women in Energy by the Diversity Energy Council. A graduate of Georgia State University, Sacks also earned an executive master’s degree in human resources management from Cornell University.
