Jet Aviation announced Tuesday, May 10 that it earned standout scores at 13 different locations in the recently released 2022 Aviation International News (AIN) FBO and Pro Pilot PRASE customer surveys. The company’s FBOs in Palm Beach and Amsterdam made AIN’s “Top Rated” lists in its related regions, with Palm Beach also making PRASE’s Best U.S. FBOs list. The company ranked 5th in the PRASE survey’s Best (U.S.) Small FBO Chains category, where it operates 11 FBOs.
Jet Aviation customers recognized a total of 13 Jet Aviation FBO locations in the two industry polls, including Amsterdam, Boston-Bedford, Bozeman, Dubai, Dusseldorf, Geneva, Houston, Palm Beach, Singapore, Sydney, Teterboro, Washington-Dulles, and Zurich.
Results published in the annual AIN FBO Survey again saw Jet Aviation’s Palm Beach FBO rank in the top 5% of all U.S. FBOs, while its customer service representatives earned their highest score ever. In AIN’s EMEA and Asia-Pacific region, the company’s Amsterdam FBO placed 5th amongst the Top Rated FBOs. Jet Aviation partnered with Neste last year to secure Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) at its Amsterdam location, which also recently received IS-BAH Stage 2 safety registration.
“It’s been another extraordinary year for business aviation, and I am extremely proud of how our teams have continued to focus on safety, quality and world-class service amidst record flight activity and ongoing travel restrictions and regulations,” said John Langevin, Jet Aviation’s vice president of U.S. FBO operations. “Each of our FBOs is IS-BAH Stage II registered, and every one of our teams is committed to delivering a safe and seamless experience. Our customers know they can always count on timely and personalized service at Jet Aviation, and these polls demonstrate how much they appreciate our efforts.”
Joao Martins, vice president of Jet Aviation’s Europe FBO Operations and general manager for Zürich, said, “Behind every seamless customer experience is a team of dedicated professionals. I’d like to thank and congratulate all of our FBO teams for their truly outstanding performance. On behalf of our late friend and colleague, Edwin Niemoller, former director of FBO operations and GM for The Netherlands, I’d also like to call out our Amsterdam team for their incredible passion and commitment to incomparable service. He was so proud of you — and rightly so.”
