Embraer has qualified NYCO's TURBONYCOIL 600, synthetic standard turbine oil, on the E-jet family (E170/E175/E190/E195) powered with GE CF34-8E and GE CF34-1OE turbofans. It will also be used on the APU, IDG and starter. This qualification comes within the development of NYCO's turbine oil offer on regional and medium range aircraft, following the previous success on A320, 737, Dash 6/7/8 and ATR families.
"We are happy to bring one more power plant's lubrication solution to airlines with mixed fleets, allowing them to use the same turbine oil for both their regional and medium range aircraft." said Guillaume Forestier, director of NYCO Aeronautics division.

TURBONYCOIL 600 is approved by all major engine manufacturers (General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Rolls-Royce, Snecma, Turbomeca, CFMI, Klimov, Motor Sich, Aviadvigatel among others).
