Denver, Co. – TeamSAI Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Rick Shideler as Executive Consultant in response to its growing service offerings and client base.
Rick joins TeamSAI with a proven track record for maintenance operational excellence and efficiency in both commercial (Part 121) and business jet (Part 91/135) aviation environments. He brings to TeamSAI a broad spectrum of experience in maintenance operations, organizational development as well as project and vendor management. Rick is a recognized technical expert with demonstrated team leading, organizational and process development skills. He has served as Vice President of Maintenance and Part 119 Director of Maintenance for NetJets Aviation.
Rick also has an extensive background in engineering and technical service areas including maintenance program development, aircraft availability and reliability improvement, entry into service and aircraft certification. Rick served as Director of Engineering at AirTran Airways and has over 25 years of commercial aviation maintenance experience with AirTran, Eastern Airlines and US Airways.

Rick and his wife Cindy currently live in Columbus, Ohio.
