Jazeera Airways took delivery of its sixth Airbus A320neo aircraft which landed at Kuwait International Airport on Jan. 16, growing its fleet to 15 aircraft.
The A320neo offers a range of benefits: fuel-saving and longer range, quieter engines with less CO2 emissions, additional payload and lower operating costs. The aircraft is fitted with the airline’s standard cabin configuration, including its signature leather seats.
Jazeera Airways Chief Executive Officer, Rohit Ramachandran, said, “We are pleased to welcome our newest A320neo to our fleet as we continue to take delivery of our scheduled orders for 2021. Despite the headwinds driven by the global pandemic over the past year, we believe that travel will gradually return to normal thanks to the success of safety and health measures that are helping make travel safe for everyone.”
Jazeera Airways operates a fleet of 15 Aircraft aircraft, nine of the A320 model and six of the A320neo model. Three further A320neo models will be delivered this year.
