Garver, LLC
Age: 38
Adam White, PE, serves as the Aviation Operations Manager and Vice President at Garver, LLC, where he leads a team of 55 aviation engineering experts in delivering transformative infrastructure projects. His leadership has driven the success of the firm’s Aviation Design Center (ADC), a hub for innovation in airfield improvements, which under White’s guidance has completed over $1 billion in projects, including runway rehabilitations and terminal expansions at major hubs like Nashville International and Dallas-Fort Worth International.
“My proudest moments look like ribbon cuttings for major runway rehabilitations, grand openings for terminal expansions, topping out ceremonies for large hangar developments, or even a unique grant award for a grant application package my team assisted with,” he said. “However, I think my proudest moments come from working with my hometown airport, Northwest Arkansas National Airport. There’s something really special about partnering with the airport that your family has used for years — for both professional and personal travel.”
Among his professional milestones, White managed the expansion of Dallas-Fort Worth’s Terminal A and C, adding 24 gates to meet growing passenger demand. He’s known for his strategic approach to complex, high-stakes projects, prioritizing minimal operational disruption for airports and consistent project delivery. His work extends internationally, demonstrated by his management of a 1,300-foot runway extension project to support pilot training for multiple countries, delivered ahead of schedule due to his efficient, multi-disciplinary project approach.
White’s dedication to the aviation industry extends to fostering future talent. He regularly mentors University of Arkansas students and co-founded an engineering scholarship to support aspiring professionals. In recognition of his industry impact, White received the Early Career Award from his alma mater in 2023. Beyond his professional role, White invests in his community, teaching young students about faith and leadership.
With a focus on client service, innovation, and workforce development, White’s leadership continues to shape both Garver’s operational excellence and the future of aviation infrastructure, making him a respected industry leader and mentor.
