RS&H has hired Andrew Kaminsky as executive vice president.
Kaminsky joins RS&H in a new role for the national firm. He will oversee RS&H’s human resources, communications, marketing and strategy, information technology, facilities and legal resource groups, as well as support companywide initiatives on quality and risk management.
“With our significant growth in recent years, our executive team has recognized the need to add complementary skillsets and experience for managing the complexities of an expanding enterprise,” said RS&H CEO David Sweeney. “This includes providing strategic and progressive executive leadership across many of our companywide resources.”
With a background in human resources management, Kaminsky’s extensive experience in organizational design, talent development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, and impactful workforce strategies and policies will greatly benefit RS&H’s ongoing and future initiatives.
Kaminsky brings more than 20 years of experience managing programs and resource teams for large organizations in dynamic global geographies and diverse industries, including engineering, construction and others.
“I am excited to join RS&H and see how we can keep up the growth and momentum we have,” Kaminsky said. “I’ve found a healthy culture and an engaged workforce here, and I look forward to supporting the business needs of the organization.”
Kaminsky most recently served as a member of the executive team of AECOM’s Construction Services Division – formerly with URS – where he successfully coordinated significant and large-scale merger and acquisition activities, as well as led several cultural, organizational development and change initiatives. Previously, he served as the director of human resources for the Westinghouse Savannah River Company and as human resources manager for Westinghouse Electric.
“Andy’s experience will greatly benefit RS&H’s ongoing and future initiatives,” said Sweeney. “We are excited to have him on board to help set the vision and strategy for our firm.”
